Big Jump: TinySkate Spot Guide

A monster drop-in, a giant kicker and a gap that tests your nerve.

Big Jump is a contest-style mega ramp in front of snowy mountains, with scaffolding, flags, speaker stacks and a cheering crowd. It needs 11 stars. It is one big moment: a long drop-in, a giant kicker, a gap, and a long sloped landing so big airs come down smooth.

The three goals

Every TinySkate spot has three goals. Each goal you complete earns a star, and stars unlock the next spot. Big Jump is spot 6 of 9 and unlocks at 11 stars.

• 2 SECONDS OF AIRStay in the air for two seconds in one jump.
• LAND A 2500 COMBOChain tricks into a 2,500-point combo and land it.

What's in the spot

• The drop-in. A long way down. Hold to tuck the whole way for the most speed.
• The giant kicker. An arcade kicker: the climb costs you almost no speed.
• The mega gap and the landing. A long slope down, so you can land big tricks.

Tips

• Pop on green at the lip. A full-charge MAX POP at the top of the kicker clears the gap and gives you the two seconds of air in one go.
• With that much air you have time for two tricks: a kickflip into a double heelflip, or a 360 flip into a grab. Let go of the grab before you land.
• The 2,500 combo is one jump's worth of tricks if you land it. Do not get greedy at the very end of the air: a trick still spinning when you land is a bail.
