Hill Bomb: TinySkate Spot Guide

A steep city street. Tuck and fly.

Hill Bomb is a long, steep street down a city hill at dusk, with row houses, parked cars and a bay with a red suspension bridge behind it. It needs 9 stars. The street drops block by block with flat crossings in between, some with a handrail, and a taxi parked across one of them.

The three goals

Every TinySkate spot has three goals. Each goal you complete earns a star, and stars unlock the next spot. Hill Bomb is spot 5 of 9 and unlocks at 9 stars.

What's in the spot

• The blocks. Steep downhill stretches. Hold Space or the right side of the screen to tuck: less drag, more speed.
• The crossings. Flat ground between blocks, some with a handrail to grind.
• The taxi. Ollie it, or flip over it.

Tips

• To hit 480, stay tucked on every downhill and only pop when you have to. Letting go of the tuck pops an ollie, so time your releases for the crossings.
• Clean landings give a speed boost, which helps the top-speed goal too.
• For the 1,500 combo, link a flip over the taxi into a handrail grind on the next crossing and manual between them.
